Recommended Period of Absence for Communicable Diseases

We are obliged to follow NHS guidance and have close contact with Health Protection Scotland, who we communicate with regarding any outbreaks or illnesses to seek advice. If your child has been unwell with a cold, and has had a temperature, they must be free from a temperature with no paracetamol or ibuprofen for at least 24hrs (see below).
