FREE COVID-19 VACCINATION
Des Moines Valley Health and Human Services--Public Health will be offering Covid-19 Bivalent Booster to anyone ages 12 years and older at the Windom Public Health Office (235 Ninth Street). Appointments are required. Register at betested.as.me or call Public Health at 507-831-1987.

Des Moines Valley Health and Human Services has closed their COVID-19 testing site.
There are various other avenues of accessing a COVID-19 test that will still be available:
At-home testing can be ordered at mn.gov/covid19/get-tested/at-home.
People can check with their insurance companies to see if they are eligible for free at-home tests at local pharmacies.
Other testing sites at clinics and pharmacies can be found using the Find
Testing Location link on the Minnesota Department of Health COVID page.
Additionally, Minnesotans can still access a telehealth test-to-treat program via Cue Health. The telehealth option can help those who test positive find treatment.
Despite the DVHHS testing sites closing, public health officials still encourage people to monitor their health, test for COVID-19 when necessary, follow quarantine and mask wearing guidelines and staying up to date with COVID-19 vaccinations. FREE AT-HOME COVID-19 TESTS

Jackson Human Services - 407 5th Street
Every home in Minnesota is eligible to order up to 12 rapid at-home COVID-19 tests for free, while supplies last.
Minnesotans who have previously ordered the full limit of eight tests from this program are now able to receive four additional tests per household at Order your free at-home rapid tests on mn.gov/covid19.Those who have not yet placed an order can receive up to twelve tests at once while supplies last.
Minnesotans can also place orders through the Minnesota Department of Health COVID-19 Public Hotline at 1-833-431-2053 Monday - Friday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Language assistance is available.
