Join meetings by ZOOM or phone, whichever is more comfortable for you!
Each meeting will provide tools and support to help you lead a healthier and happier life. We offer sessions that focus on specific topics such as recovery support, senior living, LGBTQ+ support, and more. See our calendar here.

Mondays @ 6pm
This weekly session focuses on the unique challenges that justice-involved individuals face in their daily lives. Some topics include, but are not limited to employment, rebuilding relationships, navigating probation/parole, and finding a “new normal”. Incarceration changes our lives and this is a space to come together and simply be real.
Wednesdays @ 6pm
No matter what you are struggling with, or where you are in the 5 stages of recovery, we invite you to spend some time with us. From precontemplation to Maintenance, all are welcome. You do not have to be living a completely sober life to join us. In fact, we aim to have people from all stages represented. A diverse group of experiences and thoughts help us learn and grow. Each stage presents different challenges, so let’s air it out together!
Fridays @ 6pm
All Recovery Meetings are for everyone. We honor all pathways to recovery and do not judge. This is a safe place for people to join and share about their journey. If you are supporting someone in recovery, this could also be for you. It’s all about connection and each Friday we are reminded that we are not alone in this battle.
To make things simpler, the Zoom link is the same for each night.

We Can RELATE is an online chat that provides peer support to teens and young adults. It’s safe, anonymous, confidential, and free of charge.
Chats are answered by our team of trained peer volunteers, who are individuals between the ages of 18 and 25 who are willing to share their lived experiences with mental health to help other teens and young adults.
We Can RELATE is open Monday through Thursday, 3PM to 9PM. Outside of those hours, our Minnesota Warmline chat is open 12 hours a day, seven days a week.
We offer support groups to survivors wishing to understand and explore how violence has impacted their lives in a deeper, more meaningful way. The groups are not intended to replace therapy, rather, they are a place for survivors to connect with other survivors in a safe and supportive setting.

Due to the intensity of this service, as well as the nature of this population an extensive screening process is utilized to determine appropriate placement of this group. Patients must be referred into this group by either a Mental Health Professional, county case worker or substance use program.
To refer a potential patient please contact our Intake Coordinator at 507-385-8774
This group is tailored to serve the needs of those who suffer from Substance Use Disorders and Mental Health Issues who need a longer length of service, individualized incremental treatment planning and more support related to mental health concerns. Enhanced Illness Management and Recovery model will be used in this group. The program structure is non-episodic and provides an extended care length of participation with variances in intensity based upon response to treatment and measurable improvements in the ability to function. We do not expect the length of the program to go beyond 12 months.
Groups will be held Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 9:30 am to 1:30 pm. Group size will be limited to 8-10 participants. Patients will have a weekly individual session with the primary counselor and mental health professional. Staffing with the patient’s care team will be held on a monthly basis or as needed.
