Check out The Modern Classrooms Project. It is a non-profit founded by teachers for teachers. The group focuses on blended instruction through teacher-created videos, self-paced structures, and mastery-based learning and grading. Scroll down to the bottom of their webpage to enroll in their free course. There are sample units that you can download in the free course. Additionally, here is a link to some exemplar units. At the start of each class, the teacher reviews the public unit tracker. Each student has their own more detailed tracker that they complete. Learning is broken down into must-do, should-do, and aspire to do work.
