Tip When Using Securly

• If you can't see a student in Securly Classroom, have them log out of their Chromebook completely, then stand and watch as they log back into Securly Classroom. They can quickly switch screens to avoid getting pulled into Securly Classroom.

• Here's a link to a 34-page Securly user guide for teachers. The user guide details the site lock feature which is initiated in Securly Classroom. Teachers set up the site lock after the class has started. See the screenshot below of the site lock screen that you fill out with the URL of the webpage. Also, here's a very short Securly basics video that includes how to lock a student, multiple students, or all students to a webpage.
