DPS Staff Instructional Technology Resources:
Vector Solutions, formerly TeachPoint, is Duxbury Public Schools’ educator evaluation and professional development management system. The evaluation documents are created and stored in the Evaluation module of the Vector Solutions online platform.
The PD Tracker module in Vector Solutions is where all staff sign up for and attendance is taken for Duxbury Public School’s professional development programs. Professional staff can also track all of their professional development points (PDPs) earned for recertification purposes.
Once, you log in to the online platform, you will see the following icons on the upper right-hand side of your screen:
The logout button is accessed by clicking on the down arrow to the right of your name in the green area in the top right-hand corner of your screen.
TeachPoint’s help resources include directions, training, and webinars for both the teacher evaluation module and the professional development tracking module. To check out the help resources, click on the down arrow to the right of your name and click help or click on the green question mark in the top right-hand area of the TeachPoint screen.

On your homepage, you will see the following row of top tabs:
List—is a chronological list of all of your teacher evaluation documents. If you are a new teacher or administrator, you will not have a list until you create your first document.
New—is a list of documents in several categories that you can initiate: evaluation plan forms, evaluation forms, and professional development forms that you will utilize for the teacher evaluation process or to sign up for professional development.
Upload—allows staff to upload documents to their teacher evaluation forms. PD?
Year—allows users to view teacher evaluation or professional development forms from past years. You have the option to choose the current year, last year, two years, or all years.
Type—pick the type of documents you want to see: evaluation forms, uploaded files, and/or scheduled events.
iii—allows you to select the information you want to be displayed on the list table.
The spyglass icon—gives you the ability to search for a document.
The picture frame icon—increases the size of the list column to full screen.

Vector (TeachPoint) now utilizes Single Sign On (SSO)! To access Vector, follow these directions:
Open your Google Chrome browser.
Click on the Waffle
Scroll to the bottom of the app icons until you see the Vector Icon.
Click and sign in with your Duxbury Google work account. If you are already logged in to the Chrome browser, you will pop right in.
PD Tracker:
For Professional Development tracking - Click on the GRAD Cap (shown here in orange) on the left hand side of the Home page.
From the PD Tracking home page you will have the ability to see:
My Activity: which lists the upcoming PD courses that you are registered for.
Available Events: to sign up for during District PD days
Manage Events: check on the status of your PDP credits
NEW - which will allow you to “Record My Credits” to organize any outside professional development training you have done towards your re-licensure goals.
