Outside of Drew, I am a young Black leader, creator, and learner grounded in my community and constantly evolving. I am an entrepreneur who believes in turning ideas into impact. From starting my own business to writing children’s books that teach financial literacy, I use creativity and drive to empower others, especially youth like me. I’m also a student of the world, curious about how things work, which is why I’m drawn to mechanical engineering and real-world problem solving.
I’ve spent three years in the Morehouse iSTEM Program, diving deeper into science, technology, engineering, and math. It’s helped me grow my skills and confidence while learning alongside other driven students. At the same time, I’ve been working toward earning my Eagle Scout rank in Boy Scouts. That journey has taught me discipline, service, and the value of leadership rooted in character and action.
Beyond academics, I’m an active member of programs like B.O.N.D. and the Veritas School of Social Sciences, where I’ve grown through networking, debate, and leadership development. I’ve faced challenges, like struggling with a collegiate-level course, but each obstacle sharpened my resilience and reminded me that failure isn’t the end. It’s the best way to grow.
