I chose the bookend. I hose this because I think it's a unique thing that would be helpful for a number of people. I'm thinking of gifting this to my mother or English teacher. I will most likely make it a simple book end with a carving of the name of the person I'm gifting it to. I may add some small details that make it stand out aside from the 2 pieces of wood on each side, I may add additional pieces of wood for support and decoration

Challenges: Some challenges I faced doing my project were, first figuring out what I was make because I didn't know how to do complex things. Next, it was thinking about the dimensions of my pencil box, so i used a ruler and my hand to think about the right size of it, then I drew the lines in inches on the pieces of wood I was using, to see how it would look in size and for seeing where I was gonna cut. Lastly, I used a new machine for cutting the wood out which was confusing at first until I learned how to use it.

I wrote lines of code that dictate every action my pico takes. For example when it says true and then a time.sleep code this means this is how long it will be on for. Everywhere it says import has different uses and in the order they are in, is the only way this code would work. I also put the description of the code with a partner because my computer was restarting and MU wasn't working.
