Food For Thought

The goal of this project was to examine the availability of food in the world and how food deserts affect people. All of the classes had assignment related to food and people being able to eat. For art me and my group made a collection of dishes inspired by the greek gods and their symbols. It is related to the columbian exchange because of the idea that the greek gods were not known in the americas until after the columbian exchange. For this project we learned that being understated can be beautiful and art can be symbolic. If we had more time we would have made more cups and plates.
