About Me...

Mattie Tibbetts was born on August 30, 2007, and is an only child. She has been at Drew Charter School for 10 years. Mattie  plays roller derby on the Atlanta Junior Roller Derby team and has been playing roller derby for 4 years.  She is also on the Drew Charter Girls Varsity Soccer team and plays the harp  in the Urban Youth Harp Ensemble. She likes listening to music and reading and has been on her school's Helen Ruffin Reading Bowl team for  4 years and counting and was the Caption of the team for 2 years both of which the team received 1st place in the region. In 2023 she was a Semi-finalist for the Congress Bundistag Youth Exchange and received the scholarship for the 2024-2025 year.  She enjoys crocheting, ballet, and working on her piolets license in her free time.
