Today, we recorded most of scene 3 and parts of scene 4. We got quite a bit of work done and filmed majority of our action scenes. We also did our 15 minuetes of membean and our self-reflection.

Today, we recorded the final parts of scene 4 and a couple of filler sections because we needed to reach the 4:30 mark. I also worked on editing scenes 1 and 2.

Today, we used our presentation plan to create flashcards. Those flashcards were used to present our final video. We also started adding things to our portfolio.

Today in ELA, we recorded our first scene. We used the costumes Ms. Wynn provided, along with the iPads, mics, and props. We recorded our vides outside of the gym.

In ELA today, we took a bunch of takes of our 4th scene. We could've worked much more efficiently, so next class we need to finish the rest of the 4th scene and the 2nd scene.

Today in ELA we completed our scene 3 and we were very productive. We also took a No Red Ink test and completed our Membean per usual

Today we did rotating stations during class. We also did our daily membean and create a props needs list for our short films. Lastly, we create flyer posters for our PBL showcase!

Today we were visited by Dad's Garage Acting Class and we're taught about acting. We learned some tips and tricks on improve and engaged with our classmates in an engaging workshop. We practice improve by connecting our characters to the practice and got to watch actors do improve! This was a very fun experience and I would love to do it again.

Today we split the scene into parts for everyone in the group to work one. During the class, we completed some narration and dialouge parts for the script.

In this class, we shared aloud out thoughts on the scenes so far. We also critiqued any dialogue or narration we though should be changed and any spelling errors.

Today we worked on a table read and discussion. Every group read their script aloud and we commented on pros and cons. Ms. Wynn also told us things to change in our script as well. We then revised our scripts.

Today we completed an edpuzzle on different steps to take to create an engaging, yet educating short film. We also started working on the script for our short film. My team didn't get very far with progress. Below is our short film

In class today we chose groups for the Shaping our World project. After the groups were chosen, we picked an ancient empire and my group chose Greece. We then signed a group contract and got started on the research for our ancient civilizations, called G.R.A.P.E.S. Both of those documents are shown to the left. Below is the link to the folder with our documents.
