For this project, I created a study guide covering all the topics we had talked about in the first semester of AP Pre-Calculus. Covering topics like exponential functions, logarithmic functions, regression and error models, and interpreting parameters, this study guide helped prepare me for the end of our unit and allowed me to have a stable understanding of the topics that I then carried with me into the second semester. For each page of the study guide, I briefly explained what I was discussing, then added an example. Typically, the example was a word problem, an equation, or a graph. I created images to convey the meaning of some of the hard-to-grasp subjects.
After coming up with all of the problems and topics I needed to study and was going to use, I created a slideshow on Canva that captured the heart of what my first semester in AP Pre-Calculus had been.
