Hi, my name is Anabelle Hebner. I am 17 years old, and am currently a senior in high school. I hope to pursue a major in marine biology, and eventually complete a PHD program. As of now, I have a 4.27 GPA. I have been attending Drew for 3 years of my high school experience. My one year not spent here was my junior year, where I spent the school year in Germany on the CBYX exchange program. Through this government-sponsored full scholarship exchange program, I was able to understand myself as a person and make connections that I will have for the rest of my life. I am currently a Dual Enrollment student with GSU, and am waiting for college decisions to come out to learn where I will spend the next four years.
I hope to pursue Marine Biology after my high school graduation, eventually pursuing a PHD in the field and going into a field research-based career. I hope to be able to continue my love and passion for the arts, both visual and performing, during my time in college and hopefully for the rest of my life. I hope to be able to pursue, maybe not as a career but a side job as a lighting designer, and continue advancing my skills and knowledge about that topic in any way I can. I want to work internationally during my career, and hope to eventually move to Boston for a period of time.
