The Talent Development Program of the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra is a program founded by Azira G. Hill. The purpose is to help African American and Latinx musicians get high-intensity classical training. In this program, I study under Elisabeth Remy Johnson who is principal harpist for the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra. From this program, I have had the opportunity to perform in many notable halls including Atlanta Symphony Hall and Spivey Hall. Because of this, I have become a well-known harpist around the city of Atlanta and even across the state of Georgia. This allowed me opportunities to take my talent to many different summer camps which they helped pay for like the Sewanee Summer Music Festival, the American Harp Academy at UNCSA, and even the Interharmony Music Festival in Italy.
