This website was created by the Denver Public School's Library Services department. The intended audience is DPS students from the ECE level to 12th grade. This website contains more than 30 on-line reference databases. There are general reference resources such as encyclopedias and dictionaries. A few databases are more specific to the social studies or science content areas. Most of them are in English although a few are in Spanish. I have used these to support student projects on specific countries. Colleagues have used them to show videos in the classroom. If students are conducting independent study at home or at school, these resources provide quality information on which a student can rely. As these resources are geared to specific age groups, children can play with these at home and learn without even being aware that they are growing their brains!
