Course Description
Studies of Religion II promotes an understanding and critical awareness of the nature and significance of religion and the influence of belief systems and religious traditions on individuals and within society.

HSC Course
● Religion and Belief Systems in Australia post-1945
● Religious Tradition Depth Studies 1, 2 and 3 (Christianity, Islam, Judaism)
Study of the following in each Religious Tradition Depth:
- Significant People and/or Schools of Thought
- Ethics
- Significant Practices in the life of adherents
● Religion and Peace
● Religion and Non-Religion
Particular Course Requirements
Changing course between Studies of Religion and Studies in Catholic Thought is not permitted.
