I.C.L.T Help Desk
The following instructions will allow staff to log on to the I.C.L.T help desk and create a support ticket for the I.C.L.T department.
- Click on the link below to access the help desk portal:
2. Prior to the page loading, you will be prompted to enter your username and password (same as CENet)
3. Once the page loads, select the Issue Type and enter a Location, Summary and Description. Please provide as much information about the issue as possible.
Note: You are also able to attach a screenshot of the issue to the ticket.
4. Finally, you will need to select Submit for the support ticket to be sent to I.C.L.T.
Note: Once the ticket has been submitted successfully, the page below will appear. Please do NOT Submit a Comment unless you have additional information you would like to add to the ticket.
