Guiding question:
How does the campus leadership team model and collaborate with each other to support campus goals?
How does the district leadership team support innovation and collaboration?
What evidence do you have that supports policies for teacher and student device usage?
How have you implemented best practices gained from leadership calls, national calls, and IT calls? Can you point to ways in which you've modified your PL and IT practices as a result of reflection and learning from others?
I meet weekly with our Dean of Teaching & Learning so we can ensure that we are on track with meeting our VILS goals and action steps.

The district supported the VILS Coaches to attend MassCue this fall. This was a great professional development experience in which I was able to learn more about immersive technologies and supporting our diverse learners.
I've continued to stay connected with the VILS network and share our journey.
I shared our Digital Citizenship Week celebration for the VILS Voice and it was turned into a blog post. This highlighted our student tech team, spirit week, and family communication.
I participated in a feedback loops study with Digital Promise. I was then asked to write a blog post that was published on how feedback loops have occured in our ILT and impacted student achievement.

How do the TLC members impact school improvement or student learning? If not, how can you leverage their expertise?
We do not have a TLC this year. As a small middle school, our teachers are tapped on to lead in many different capacities. Most feel like they simply can't take on any more responsibility.
I continue to encourage our teachers to engage in coaching cycles. I also make sure to highlight and share the great tech integration occurring through shout outs in the weekly notes, Potty PDs, and emails.
