Medium sized businesses are very difficult to recruit as they tend to be busy.
Self- critique
Because it's a complex journey - there is a sense that the questions are landing in a place of ignorance. e.g. even after explaining it several times a user might say 'i dont want the government holding my data..they have enough etc.' It might be worth have an unmoderated component where they have time to absorb the concepts before hand.
An idea to address this would be to do a follow up unmoderated test. Where they fill have part of the journey tested.
The discussion guide used to concept test
The discussion guide is used in google forms to enable quant to be collected, and to be as structured as possible, get an accumulative picture, and get the team to contribute to it.
The user researcher uses the form to guide the interview. The participant does not see the form.
Get it in front of users
DIB process flow 1 PROCESS LAS
Non-transaction -Direct Application
This is a flow the team has come up with. I want to turn this into something that we can put it in front of the user.
Initial iteration for putting something in front of users
We need to remain high level and not get too down in the weeds with UX issues but we want to make it a bit more concrete in peoples minds when getting their sense of DBI.
