Travel Tax Exemption

Please be informed that TIEZA's instructions state that the Certificate of Residency for Travel Tax Exemption is ONLY applicable for residents who are not under the SALARIE status have resided uninterruptedly in France for a period of 5 years without being absent  therefrom for more than 6 months in any one year. This service is free of charge. 

If you are a SALARIE visa or residence permit holder, you need to get an OEC which automatically exempts you from payment of Travel Tax. You do NOT need to get a Certificate of Residency for Travel Tax Exemption anymore. For OEC, email directly Migrant Workers Office (MWO-Madrid): mwo_madrid@dmw.gov.ph.

For those with a foreign (any other passport other than a Philippine passport) passport holder with a stay of less than one year in the Philippines, you are not required to pay for travel tax. And so, you do not need to get a Certificate of Residency for Travel Tax Exemption.

Email to paris.pe@dfa.gov.ph with a copy of  the following requirements of all applicants:

1. CLICK this link and fill out the form <CORFTEP Online FORM> (per applicant)

2. Send a copy of  the following requirements: (each traveling member of the family)

• pages 2 and 3 of your OLD passport covering January 2020

• pages 2 and 3 of your VALID passport

• all passport immigration stamps from January 2020 to PRESENT

• front and back side of your VIE PRIVEE ET FAMILIALE TDS / CDS

For the accompanying minor/s: (NOT APPLICABLE FOR DUAL OR FOREIGN CITIZENS)

• pages 2 and 3 of the OLD passport covering January 2020

• pages 2 and 3 of the VALID passport

• all passport immigration stamps from January 2020 to PRESENT

• copy of the DCEM

• copy of the Report of Birth/Birth Certificate
  (note: french acte de naissance is insufficient)
