Marriage Certificate (MC) issued by the PSA OR the original Report of Marriage (ROM) issued by PE Paris
Certificate of Naturalization of foreign citizenship
Official English translation of the Certificate of Naturalization of foreign citizenship
For official translation, please check the Directory of Sworn Translators of France (https://www.directory-sworn-translator.com/). The Embassy will retain the original English translations.
If the nationality is other than French, the Certificate of Naturalization must be authenticated by the Embassy/Consulate in France.

Former Philippine citizens who have been naturalized in another country and wishes to retain or re-acquire their Philippine citizenship may file their application for dual citizenship with the Philippine Embassy in France.
INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO APPLY
Accomplish fully and sign the application form. Incomplete information may delay the evaluation of the application.
Send BY EMAIL at paris.pe@dfa.gov.ph the clear scanned copy [preferably in one (1) PDF file only] of the above-mentioned requirements using the subject “Dual Citizenship – complete name (last name, first name and middle name), for the Embassy’s evaluation. For example, Dual Citizenship – CRUZ, Juan Santos. Kindly wait for our response as we received numerous emails.
Please make sure that you have the original copy of the above-mentioned requirements.
Further instructions will be given after the evaluation.
Please expect a thorough review of your application, which includes background checks, verification of documents and assessment of your eligibility. This process may involve some waiting time but it is crucial for ensuring the integrity of the citizenship process.
If the documents are complete, the consular assistant in-charge of dual citizenship applications will schedule an appointment for the submission of the original documents. Personal appearance is required. On the date of confirmed appointment, the original documents will be verified and if found to be in order, you will be advised to pay for the application fee. Payment will be made via cash only.
Additional documents may be required upon assessment of the original documents on the approved appointment (to be confirmed), depending on the circumstances of the applicant/s.
Passport applications can be processed on the same day of dual citizenship appointment, and paid separately right after the oathtaking as a Filipino citizen.
