This refers to a document, issued in French, in a form of certification providing the customs and legal bases in the Philippines on matters relating to marriage, Filipino names, adoption, legitimation and heredity.
Submission of original documents is required.
Authorized representative may submit / send the documents.

HOW TO APPLY FOR AN APOSTILLE OF PH-ISSUED DOCUMENT WITH THE DEPARTMENT OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS (DFA)
Visit the website of the Authentication Division of the Office of Consular Affairs, DFA Manila, https://www.apostille.gov.ph/
For those who choose to submit an e-apostille, you are advised to verify with the municipal office (‘Mairie’ in France) if they accept an electronic apostille. If not, it is advisable that you submit the original physical document from PSA and DFA.
