IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PHILIPPINE E-VISA SYSTEM IN FRANCE AND MONACO
The Philippine Embassy in Paris informs the public of the implementation of the Philippine electronic-Visa (e-Visa) system in France and Monaco, starting 29 September 2025.
Residents of France and Monaco who are eligible for Philippine e-Visas and intend to enter the Philippines for temporary visits may lodge their application online through the official website, https://evisa.gov.ph/ and pay the corresponding e-Visa fees securely via direct bank transfer.
TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF THE HONORARY CONSULATES
The Philippine Embassy in Paris informs the public that the following Honorary Consulates are temporarily suspending its operation:

The Embassy of the Republic of the Philippines kindly informs the public that the Philippine Honorary Consulate in Monaco will be relocating to the following address:

ADVISORY: Attention to All Overseas Voters in France and Monaco
In preparation for the upcoming National Elections in 2025, the Commission on Elections (COMELEC) released the following lists of voters who may need to update their information at the nearest Philippine Embassy or Consulate:
List of Overseas Voters with No Biometrics and Incomplete Biometrics (Photo and Signature)
List of Overseas Voters with No Biometrics (No Fingerprints)
Filipino nationals in France and Monaco whose names are in the above lists are requested to go to the Philippine Embassy in Paris to update their voter registration records on or before 30 September 2024.
Applicants are advised to manually accomplish the downloadable visa application form and email it, along with the documentary requirements to parispe.consular@dfa.gov.ph with the subject, "Visa Application - [Given Name, Surname]"
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS IN THE PHILIPPINES

Following the lifting of the state of public health emergency throughout the Philippines under Proclamation No. 297 series of 2023, the Bureau of Quarantine is implementing the following protocols on vaccination certificates:
For International Arrivals: Presentation of vaccination status and vaccination certificate for COVID-19 is not required. All arriving international travelers are accepted regardless of their vaccination status;
For Departing International Travelers: The vaccination requirements depend on the destination country. It is recommended that travelers check the requirements of their destination country; and
For OFWs and Seafarers: The issuance of the International Certificate of Vaccination for Prophylaxis for Yellow Fever Vaccine and other vaccinations depends on the requirement of the agency/company.
