We ask that all the students meet us at school on Monday morning, as we have a short expectations meeting and time of prayer before we head up.
Packing List: View Here
Shoes: Good walking/hiking shoes are a must. No flip-flops or Crocs during hikes or classes.
Raincoat: Activities happen rain or shine, be prepared!
Water Bottle: Staying hydrated is paramount, as we are at elevation.
Bible: For devotional and quiet times.
Something to Write With: Students will be taking notes in each class. A couple of pens would be great!
What to expect on our Departure from school and Arrival back:
Monday: During Carline, your child will leave their labeled camp items in the corral area next to their homeroom teacher's sign. If your child rides the bus, encourage them to ask their friends to help take their things to the carline corrals. They will then head up to homerooms that morning for attendance.
Thursday: We will arrive back at school at 2:00 pm. Please plan to pick up your child then.
High Rappel & High Ropes Course: Big adventures that encourage courage and teamwork.
Free Time in the Gym: Basketball, games, and hanging out with friends.
Snack Shack: A camp favorite! (Last year, we had root beer floats)
Challenge by Choice: Every activity encourages students to stretch themselves, but no one is forced to do something they’re not ready for.
This year, we will be leaning into the truth that God is our Father who desires a relationship with us. Students will have devotional times, worship, and opportunities to reflect on what that means for their daily lives.
We are looking forward to an incredible trip where your students will grow, laugh, and experience God in a powerful way. Thank you for helping them come prepared for this special week!
