Writing a proposal for Occupation Expansion Project

Project document is a business plan for submitting to an organization or to public in order to share concept or to submit for assistance, especially in budgeting. The contents should show the significant value and benefit of the project including:

1. Title of the project

2. Rationale

3. Goals

4. Objectives

5. Outputs of the project

6. Working process

7. Budgeting

8. The project outcomes

Project writing

1.Name of the Project 

In general, there are 3 factors; 1) what to do 2) who to do it? and 3) to whom to submit? For example; 

“The Project of Occupation Expansion in Bio-farming of Ban Klong Hat Community, submitted to Klong Hat District.

2.Writing on the Rationale

This section is concerning the significant details and the procedure of the project

which;

2.1 Writing on the significance of the project in occupation expansion should include all important matter in business;

2.1.1 Writing toindicate the environment of the occupation such as;

1) Soil condition and environment that will support the operation of the project

2) What kind of products will be appropriate for the project

3) What is the quality of the products which customers like

4) Who are the customers

5) Who will be the middle man and what is the market share

2.1.2 Summary writing for other significant concerns

1) Creating jobs and creating income for the community

2) Joining in creating the concept of sufficiency in the community

2.2 Writing on the rationale in sentences indicating what the project aims to, for whom, and

how to do it;

2.2.1 What is the production? For whom? As shown in an example below.

1) Aim to produce fruit and vegetable in bio-farming technique for the health care group.

2.2.2 How to do it ;

1) Make it significant to apply natural ecology to farming system.

2.2.3 Where is the location;

1) At the first stage, it will be at the farm of project writer, then expand to other network nearby.

3.1 The structures of writing aims of the project are;



3.2 In writing the aim of the project, what should be considered are as follows;

1) The detail of what we are doing is the most important and is the main heading of the project.

2) The quantity of work in the project that can be done.

3) The appropriate timing through endingof the project and possibility to the ending of the project.
