4. Inspection process for occupation expansion can be operated as follows.
4.1 Making an inspection report by setting inspection list and criterion from the operation plan. Considering on what item will be the main purpose and setting activity on the inspection list including the criterion.
4.2 Taking the document of inspection record for checking with 2 steps.
4.2.1 Interviewing the person who takes responsibility on the activity for finding on the deficiencies and record on the fact.
4.2.2 Inspecting to the actual activity/ on the plot for the deficiencies
4.3. Analyzing on the linkage of the interview and the observation result, then keeping record of the mistake both from the operation plan and from the person in charge.
4.4 Evaluating and identifying the deficiencies

Conclusion
Inspecting for the mistake of working is a system of administration and management which aim to improve the occupation expansion to achievement according to the vision. But the most important of the process is the business owner must always think that this system is just only a tool for learning. Therefore, the real benefit should be for developing of the workers not for the punishment. Then all of the workers should be involved on the benefit of the inspection system.
