Concept

Controlling and taking care of occupational expansion is an activity of the business owner who have the information and technology for controlling its successfulness. All activities as indicated in the strategic plan should be made on the real timing in the form of flow chart and use it as a watch dog for controlling the occupation expansion.

1. Developing the flow chart of each activity by:

1.1 Drawing some key words from the strategic plan as significant topics
1.2 Prioritize all activities
1.3 Setting some indicators of the outputs for its successfulness

Developing of the chart can be done in many forms and the business owner can well understand (an example of flow chart)

2. Using of the flow chart for controlling the occupation expansion by

2.1 Putting the flow chart on the open wall
2.2 Checking the timing on the flow chart for each activity, if it is done mark it
2.3 If the activity is not done, the business owner must check for the cause and solve the problem
2.4 Adjust the flow chart for the actual timing

3.Evaluating and controlling the successful and unsuccessful activity, find the reasons and keep records.
