Learning Document no. 23 Mistake Checking in the Operation Plan Sheet
Definition
Inspection is an activity for searching the fact it sees what is right or wrong, good or bad. But for the inspection in occupation expansion is a finding for the deficiencies on the process of the operation plan. From checking all of the operation process if it will be finished under indicated plan or not, if not what will be the deficiencies.
The Inspection for the Deficiencies
The inspecting for the deficiencies can be described as follows.
1. The business owner must know what should be inspected by checking on the operation plan for what items are in need.
2. Making inspection list by taking the selected topics for inspection as shown in the following table.
3. Writing the inspection record by taking the result of the inspected output to set the document which are indicated on inspection list (as indicated in the document of operation plan for occupation expansion), the criterion which the business owner had set, the result of inspection, the conclusion on violence of the mistake and the way to solve problem as in the following example.
