From the above vision statement, we may categorize the structure of our writing as follows:

a) The final goal is in the year B.E. 2551

b) The achievement to be reaching is to import the organic farm products to the quality market in Singapore.

1.2 To writing the statement about the task or mission, it should be written in continuing to the above vision in which we should identify the significant missions of our occupational expansion to make it more successful according to our vision. The following is a recommendation for writing the statement.

Driving the plan for achievement

Concept

To morally drive the plan for achievement is to systematically operate the work, which is a circulation starting from studying and understanding the plan(P) and following the plan(D) . While working along with the operational plan, the persons must find out dificiencies( C) and eliminate them(A). To work according to the circulation PACA mentioned must be based on amorality comprising diligence, economization, honesty and patience, which will lead to morally drive the plan to achievement.

Steps of working

Details in operation

1. Study the plan before setting an operation: this can be done by revising practical plan to see what to do, how to do it, which part needs to be corrected or developed. The plan is based on diligence, economization, honesty, and patience.

2. Follow the plan by writing it as orders for working to make the persons in charge understood and operate as assigned.

3. Find out deficiencies to check if the persons in charge or the entrepreneur follow the steps of the plan and how it affects the plan or what types of damage it is.

4. Eliminate deficiencies can be operatively done between the entrepreneur and the persons in charge in order to correct or eliminate the deficiencies to reduce the less or damage.

5. Assessment and development: this can be done by comparing existing outcomes with the outcomes that follow. It may be caused from the plan or from the persons in charge. If it results from the plan, the plan has to be developed and if it is caused from the persons in charge, we have to consider many aspects; for example, if it results from their confusing knowledge, it has to clearly make it more understandable, but if it is caused from their bad attitude towards the work, not following the steps of work, the persons should be shifted to other positions
