Event Request Guidelines
Event requests will be processed in the order received. Please refer to the following dates as guidance for submitting your event request:
Fall semester event requests are considered beginning March 1st
Spring semester event requests are considered beginning September 1st
Summer semester event requests are considered beginning November 1st
General events in classrooms information
No event will be scheduled in classrooms until all courses are placed
Classrooms are not available from 11:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m.
No food or drink is allowed in classrooms
Ten minutes exit/entrance time must be scheduled between reservations
When a reservation is confirmed, Facilities receives a notification to have the room unlocked
Computer Labs
Labs can be reserved for scheduled classes ONLY
If a computer lab access fee is not charged for a class, the instructor may request to use a computer lab one time each semester and the session cannot be longer than 2 hours. If a class needs a lab more than once per semester, the class needs to pay the lab access fee.
Student Organizations
All student organizations must be registered before a room reservation can be made
Verify a student organization is registered
Student organizations may reserve a classroom one term at a time
