/update: 

• Class delivery modalities  - Use the Class Delivery definitions matrix to accurately reflect how this class will be delivered to students. 

• Instructor(s), display  and grade approval 

• Enrollment Capacity does not exceed room cap

• optional:  Final changes to Meeting Patterns (days & times)  if prioritized rooms are changed those priorities will be lost.  Submit a Spring'23 Schedule Change request.  There is no  VCAA guarantee that priority rooms will be available   

Oct 3 Advising period prior to the start of spring '23 registration

• Verify every class for department/departments Subjects

• Remove all class sections that will not be taught. 

• Class delivery modalities use the Class Delivery definitions matrix

• Enrollment Capacity

• Instructor(s), display  and grade approval

Nov 1* Course changes effective for Summer 23 deadline for Academic Affairs. 

Nov 7 Summer 2023 information is available to students and the public via Class Search and Schedule Builder. 

*Any course changes after the open period are the responsibility of the department to monitor and request the Office of the Registrar to make these changes for summer and/or all future terms.
