Essentials of AAC 2.0

This video course, intended primarily for teachers and paraprofessionals, provides the essential information you need to get started with AAC: what it is, how to teach students to use it, and why it matters. By the end you'll also learn how to get better acquainted with your students' specific device(s), and the resources that are available to you as a CVUSD educator. 

CVUSD educators can receive between 60-150 minutes of credit for this course. The Part 1 video is worth 60 minutes, and you can get an additional 30 minutes for each of the Part 2 app trainings that you complete. Please make sure to fill out your exit ticket so I know to award credit, and how much!
