Return to Campus Plan Management

During the pilot testing implementation, the school designated the Return-to-Campus Task Force (RCTF) as the Plan Management Team (PMT) or steering committee. The task force has the primary responsibility for the plan management, including the coordination and collaboration with support groups/partners and the management of public information. The initial composition of the RCTF is as follows:

● School Rector (Chair)

● Coordinator, Campus Discipline, Safety and Security

● Principals and Assistant Principals

● Director for the Center of Excellence

● Finance Manager/Accounting Office In-Charge

● Personnel Officer

● Procurement Officer

● Guidance Coordinator and Wellness Coordinator

● Physical Plant Coordinator

● Public Relations and Communications Officer

● Marketing Officer

● School Physician/School Nurse

From this set of RCTF members, sub-groups are assigned to activate plans of action, monitor the implementation and recommend further improvements and contingency measures in specific areas of concerns. Below is a diagram that shows the line of coordination and authority of the groups who are assigned to oversee the specific areas of concerns. This system enables effective and efficient management of the plan by facilitating priority-setting, inter-agency cooperation, and the efficient flow of resources and information.
