B. Demonstration of Proficiency:
The Rhode Island Board of Regents and the RI Department of Education requires that, in addition to passing the minimum number of credits as stated above, students must also demonstrate proficiency in English, math, science, social studies, technology and in the arts in order to graduate. Coventry High School has adopted the following methods as the Proficiency-Based Graduation Requirements (PBGR):
