Whether you're applying to Harvard, Duke, Stanford, Spelman, MIT or any other very competitive colleges (even OSU!), check out the information below!

Helpful CCS Forms

CCS College Application Guide : Walks you through how to complete your applications.

CCS Fee Waiver Application : This application determines if families meet income eligibility for fee waivers (for applications and tests).

CCS FERPA Waiver : When completed and returned, this form allows your counselor to send your school materials to colleges (not needed for Common Application colleges). 

NACAC Application Fee Waiver Request : This form is for qualified students requesting fee waivers for NON-Common App. colleges.

Selective Service Registration : Males 18 and over must register in order to get financial aid to many colleges, including CSCC
