There are many ways to actually connect with colleges that interest you. Walking on the campus itself , sitting in on classes and gaging campus culture are the best ways, but that may not always be possible.
Another VERY important reason to personally connect with colleges is to demonstrate your interest. Especially for colleges that are more selective, your demonstrated interest could factor into you getting admitted or not! Colleges want students who want them, for a variety of reasons. So take opportunities listed below to reach out and meaningfully engage.
