Students who repeat the same, non-repeatable CCS course, whether at a CCS high school, in CCS summer school or in CCS Online Credit Recovery, will only have the higher grade calculated into their GPA and rank. Students will receive credit for only one of the courses. Both courses will appear on the transcript. This policy does not apply to courses taken outside the district.
Some CCS courses are repeatable (ex. marching band, mixed ensemble...). In these cases, all grades are factored into the student's GPA and rank.
