Agreement should be finalized at least 8 weeks before the training date. Registration for attendees will be available at least 6 weeks before the training date and closed 2 weeks prior to the training date.
Current Middle Managers working in the tech and innovation industry who want to explore leading edge ideas in how to best manage a racially diverse workforce. This is not an unconscious bias training nor is it designed to convince participants that a “diversity” problem exists.
This is a professional development opportunity for managers who want to explore management techniques that are aligned with a racial equity and inclusion framework and growth mindset. Some level setting in understanding systemic racism and basic/beginners racial identity development work is embedded within the training design.
