Recent data shows that turnover, often caused by company culture, costs the industry $16b each year.* Tech companies are not able to shift company culture, increase management preparation, and build mentorship infrastructure quickly enough to protect their current investments in recruitment and hiring. In response to these gaps, we created the Early Career Accelerator Program (ECAP), focused on Black and Latinx tech professionals in the beginning of their careers. Think of it as a long-term, external onboarding designed to support your recent grad hires through the first leg of their professional journey!
The ECAP Retreat kicks off the program and creates space to build community and introduces topics to be covered throughout the program.

ECAP takes place over a 5-6 month period in the second half of the year
Agreement finalized at least three weeks before event date

$25,000-$50,000 sponsorship range, which depends on level of participation*
