Code2040 is experimenting with a newly designed event series that creates intimate spaces for insightful, casual dialogue among community members on topics pertaining to diversity, equity and inclusion in the innovation economy. Imagine a dining table with ten brilliant, passionate, curious individuals from a variety of tech, racial, gender backgrounds coming together over candlelight, comida, conversation to dream, laugh, disagree respectfully and be intrigued about the most pressing issues facing our industry.

The salons are intimate, invite-only spaces for innovators, funders, leaders, and thinkers who intersect at the crossroads of racial equity work and technology. Attendance at these salons will be capped between 10-15 guests.

$5,000-$10,000+ in-kind donations for event such as space for event, catering, materials, and AV/Tech needs.

- Increased exposure to a growing community of equity change makers
- Logo placement in event collateral including, but not limited to: e-mail communications, event page, and event signage
- Seats for 2-3 company representatives
- Comprehensive data and insights from attendees on company culture and diversity efforts
