The Code2040 Summit Opening Reception is a informal event following the first day of summit workshops. The reception generally lasts for three hours and includes some brief and informal shared speaking program (15 minutes maximum), a number of attractions or activities (including but not limited to: ping pong tables, photo booths, demos), a DJ and dance area, as well as a lounge area for eating and/or networking. Many of our partners who sponsor this event host at their offices!

*Additional in-kind donation required (space for reception, food & beverages for attendees (alcoholic & non-alcoholic), DJ, demos (optional))

- Speaking time for one or more of your team members to greet the audience (5-7 minutes)
- 2 complimentary tickets to attend both days of the Code2040 Summit and Kick It
- Opportunity to provide a branded gift to attendees of the reception
- Sponsor Badge at Summit, and logo placement in event collateral including, but not limited to: e-mail communications, event page, and event signage.
