A new multi-session training in racial equity and inclusion for Allies & Accomplices in the tech industry

- Understand the distinction between “actor”, “ally,” and “accomplice”
- Understand various forms of systemic oppression including: racism, colonialism, white supremacy, and xenophobia
- Identify individual areas of action and inaction
- Understand White Fragility and identify personal triggers/impact
- Develop a deeper understanding of “Normed” and “Othered” cultures and the impacts of this divide
- Analyze your behaviors and practices that may reinforce oppression

Agreement should be finalized at least 8 weeks before the training date. Registration for attendees will be available at least 6 weeks before the training date and closed 2 weeks prior to the training date.
