The Early Career Program provides B/L technologists in their first 2 years of full time employment in tech with receive socio-emotional, professional, and management development through in-person workshops, mentorship and coaching, and online engagement. The 25 person cohort based program that begins with a kick off retreat followed by 3-4 workshops, and ends with a closing party.

$10,000-$50,000 sponsorship range + In kind donation: space, food, drinks, AV

- Logo placement in collateral and promotion for the program
- Program launch announcement on social media (Twitter- 48k followers; Facebook- 6k
- followers)
- Blog post on learnings from the program (8.4k followers)
- Communications sent to program participants and prospective participants
- Logo on website (7k unique monthly visitors)
- Logo in annual report (distribution to email list of 10k subscribers + promotion on all online platforms)
