Alumni Reunion / Engagement Event

What it is:

We’d like to create a series of mixers to allow alumni and mentors to get to know each other throughout all years. Our alumni are connected to many awesome companies and programs within tech. Leveraging that, we’d like to throw a series of community networking events within the Bay Area that create opportunities for tech accelerators, community supporters, etc. to network with us. The catered reception will feature a brief keynote speaker from the hosting company and there will be plenty of opportunities for alums to interact with employees from the hosting company.

When do we finalize partnerships for the Alumni Reunion:

Agreement finalized at least one month before event date

As a sponsor and host you receive:

• The opportunity to host dozens of technologists in your office space = Increased exposure to a growing community of Black & Latinx technologists and equity change makers
• Speaking time for one or more of your team members (ex. give a warm welcome, and have a team member sit on the panel!)
• Significant volunteer engagement opportunities for your staff
• Logo placement in event collateral including, but not limited to: e-mail communications, event page, and event signage
• Branded interactive presence and space
• Opportunity to provide a branded gift to attendees
