Hints:
Make sure you hook onto your home wifi. (if you need wifi have parent email a request to school. see Hotspots )
Restart the computer and log in* from the first image you see on the link above.
Some students have trouble where they get in fine but when they click on an app within the launchpad they cannot log in. To fix that, go o soraapp.com and that should prompt the login
After you log in* click the clock click the gear wheel for settings click about chrome os then check for updates then restart the computer to ensure it is working well.
If you still have difficulties, please take a screenshot of the error you get and ParentSquare message or email it to Lisaa.gurthie- or show it to ms Gurthie when you get back to school. Please also note which step in the directions you got stuck on when following the link above.
