Empathy & Identifying Users

I interviewed ms Puti she is a teacher from Sekolah Cikal Serpong, she also made a Poetry book named Eunoia. In the interview with ms Puti that making a poem is not only words but it’s what I feel while trying to get it out. I got my inspiration from experiencing it and feeling it, this experience inspired me to make the book. This pandemic isn’t only a virus but also to open and reflect what you’ve experienced.

Define and Ideate

At first, I find the right platform to put my poems. When I found the right platform I started to brainstorm ideas and listed them down on a book or a piece of paper. When I found the ideas I rethink find another idea that fits much nicer. When I’m done making ideas I started to make the poems after 3 months I created 17 poems.
