Benvidas e benvidos a un novo traballo dentro do proxecto KA121 24-25. Desta volta traballaremos co alumnado de 3º ESO e ca nosa escola amiga, Gymnasium Bad Nenndorf. Aquí deixaremos as noticias máis importantes e de actualidade.
Inclusión e participación en Santiago e Hannover (Erasmus+ 2024-25)
“Todos nós somos polivalentes de moi diversas maneiras”: Inclusión e participación en Santiago e Hannover (Erasmus+ 2024-25)
Ao longo deste curso escolar ambos os Clubs Erasmus+ do Colexio Compañía de María e do Instituto Bad Nenndorf traballamos en tres eixos interrelacionados: sustentabilidade, inclusión e participación social.
Por medio de diversas actividades, visitas, entrevistas e traballos de campo analizamos tanto os nosos estilos de vida familiar e escolar como os recursos sociocomunitarios, o emprendemento social e as políticas públicas de inclusión e participación social.
Así comezamos o noso labor investigador escoitando de primeira man as políticas públicas de inclusión social e de atención á diversidade e á discapacidade tanto en Santiago (Concellerías de Igualdade e Benestar Social) como na Baixa Sajonia (Responsable de Social no distrito de Schaumburg e o alcalde do distrito Bothfelde-Vahrenheide).
Antes de coñecer o marco xeral, queriamos analizar a nosa propia contorna escolar. Por iso traballamos cos nosos respectivos equipos de Orientación, Traballo Social e atención ao alumnado de ambas as escolas: Adrián, Yolanda, Annalisa e Sebastian. Todos eles mantiveron connosco dinámicas moi interactivas e entrevistas incribles sobre como atenden as diversas necesidades do alumnado nas nosas escolas.
Despois achegámonos a coñecer diversas iniciativas sociais e entidades que traballan particularmente pola inclusión e a plena participación de colectivos desfavorecidos ou de particular atención cara ás mulleres como Mulleres Colleiteiras (A Coruña), Vagalume (Santiago), a empresa familiar vinculada con dous hoteis en Compostela, Basta (Stadthagen), Anne Leine Kaffee ou a Integrative Schule Stadthagen. En todos eles establecemos diálogo tanto cos equipos responsables como cos e as propias participantes dos diversos recursos laborais, de vivenda ou escolares. “We are all useful in very different ways”: Inclusion and participation in Santiago and Hannover (Erasmus+ 2024-25)
Throughout this school year, both Erasmus+ Clubs at the Compañía de María School and the Bad Nenndorf Institute worked on three interrelated areas: sustainability, inclusion, and social participation.
Through various activities, visits, interviews, and fieldwork, we analyzed our family and school lifestyles, as well as socio-community resources, social entrepreneurship, and public policies for inclusion and social participation.
Thus, we began our research work by listening firsthand to public policies on social inclusion and attention to diversity and disability in both Santiago (Ministries of Equality and Social Welfare) and in Lower Saxony (the Social Officer in the Schaumburg district and the mayor of the Bothfelde-Vahrenheide district).
Before exploring the general framework, we wanted to analyze our own school environment. That's why we worked with our respective Guidance, Social Work, and Student Services teams from both schools: Adrián, Yolanda, Annalisa, and Sebastian. They all engaged in highly interactive activities and held incredible interviews about how they address the diverse needs of students in our schools.
We then learned about various social initiatives and organizations that work specifically for the inclusion and full participation of disadvantaged groups or those that focus on women, such as Mulleres Colleiteiras (A Coruña), Vagalume (Santiago), the family business linked to two hotels in Compostela, Basta (Stadthagen), Anne Leine Kaffee, and the Integrative School in Stadthagen. In all of these, we engaged in dialogue with both the teams responsible for the various employment, housing, and school resources. Xa estamos no aeroporto de Santiago de Compostela- Rosalía de Castro para emprender unha viaxe a Bad Nenndorf. Que gañas de reencontrarnos co alumnado alemán que visitou Santiago no mes de Novembro.
