How to Reset a Student's password

1) On your desktop you have an icon called "Change Student Password.

Double click this. Icon

2) Ciick "Run"

3) If you know the student's username - input it in to the box, then type in a new password for the student, ensuring the confirmation password matches the new one.

Note: you do not need to know the student's original password.

4) If you do not know the student's username, you can look it up using the "Lookup" function. You can search them by Surname/Forename and follow the steps in step 3.
