1.Sign in to Outlook Web App with your complete email address and your network password:
2. On the navigation bar at the top of the page, choose Settings (the gear) search for signature then select Email Signature
3. Using your mouse, to highlight the signature template below (below the line)
Your Name
Your Job Role
And copy the text and images and paste it into the Signature box.
Personalize the elements of the below signature with your: (Your Name & Your Job Role)
Once everything looks good, select if you wish this signature to be automatically included on new and replied to messages, we would suggest only checking For New Messages as this reduces the risk of the email growing too large.
Click Save
