How to get Technical Support

ICT Support will operate as normal, emails should be sent to ICTSupport@christletonhigh.co.uk using your school email if possible. Please include a contact number if possible as this will speed up the process should we need to contact you verbally.

Please put an overview issue in the subject and include a description of the issue you are experiencing in the email body and include screenshots if possible of any errors.

Where possible please avoid emailing ICT support staff directly with the issue.
